Horn of Plenty Flint Glass Covered Sugar Bowl 1850s Boston Sandwich, McKee
Found in an old barn in Western Maine. Made in the 1850s by Boston and Sandwich as Comet, and McKee as Horn of Plenty (aka Peacock).
7 1/2 inches tall with the lid in place. The bowl is 4 1/4 inches tall and 4 1/4 inches across the rim.
It weighs about 2 lbs prior to boxing.
The bowl has a chip on the foot. The lid has a couple of chips and some expected roughness on the flange.
